Chapter 1
Everyday essentials, seven days a week
T&K is a neighbourhood convenience store at 1024 Bloor Street West, open Monday to Sunday. The shelves cover the daily run: groceries, dairy and fresh meat, soft drinks and juices, chips, candy and ice cream, toiletries, detergents and small household goods, with friendly service at the counter.
Chapter 2
A shelf from home
The largest section of the store is Eritrean and Ethiopian products, close to a hundred of them: teff flour and injera, berbere, mustard seed and other spices, coffee beans, and coffee-ceremony sets with cups, trays and spoons. Customers who would otherwise cross the city for these staples find them on the same shelves as their everyday shopping.
Chapter 3
Opening the store online
T&K joined pointup on September 29, 2026. In the first week of October the team put the full range online, nearly 500 products, each with a photo and a price, sorted into categories from groceries to nuts and cookies. Customers can now browse the whole store from their phone, build an order and send it in a few taps.
