Guide Contents
In the guides, the floating contents button opens an On this page drawer from the bottom. Scroll its links and select a heading to jump there and close the drawer. Workflow dialogs and the mobile workspace tour also open from the bottom as bottom drawers, leaving their content scrollable.
Bottom Drawers
On a phone, filters, carts, pickers and dialogs open as drawers from the bottom of the screen, with a handle at the top. Swipe a drawer down from anywhere to close it; once its content is scrolled back to the top, keep pulling to close it. A short, quick flick also closes it. Release it before it travels a quarter of its height and it springs back into place. Drawers that must stay open, such as the workspace tour, stretch slightly and spring back instead. Text fields, sliders and sideways swipes keep working as usual, and letting go after a swipe never selects the button under your finger.
Set Up Your Workspace
After creating an account, choose your business type, sales or booking channel, and team size. Review your country and recommended tools before finishing setup.
Sign In & Account Recovery
From the home page, choose Get Started in the header or pick a tool to open a sign-in page tailored to it. Once signed in, the header shows Account instead. While account status loads, a placeholder occupies the same button space. Sign in with your email and password, or choose Sign up to create an account. Forgot your password? Use the link on the sign-in page to request a reset email. The reset link opens a form for your new password; expired links offer a new request.
Normal sign-in opens Dashboard, including for appointment-only businesses. Signing in through a specific tool link opens that tool instead; a link to a particular page keeps its destination and filters. New accounts finish required workspace setup first.
On desktop, the form and right-hand preview blend into one continuous page background, with no dividing line, separate coloured panel or glow behind the preview. The feature card keeps its image, text and controls in light and dark themes; tool-specific sign-in links use the same neutral surround.
Input Hints
Placeholder hints appear in empty fields until you click, tap or Tab into the input. The hint disappears while an editable field is focused and returns if you leave it empty. Entered text, labels and help text stay available; read-only hints stay visible.
Empty Lists and Missing Pages
Until a list, chart, picker or report has something to show, it displays an illustration and a short note about what will appear there. Where there is an obvious next step, the button sits right under the note: Appointments asks you to turn on a booking location first, and Services offers Create your first service.
A search or filter that hides everything says that nothing matches instead of claiming the list is empty, and offers Clear. This applies to Sales History, online orders and Booking History.
Opening a sale, customer, order, appointment or team member that was deleted, or a link that is out of date, shows Not found with a way back to the list.
Return to Dashboard
Inside Appointments, Online or Events, the sidebar’s back arrow is labelled Dashboard and always opens the dashboard overview, not another tool. The arrow remains available when the sidebar is collapsed. On mobile, choose Dashboard in the section’s bottom navigation. The workspace logo also returns to Dashboard.
Dashboard is visible by default for every business. Hiding or reordering sections in navigation settings only changes the menu: it does not change your sign-in landing page or block direct links. Your existing menu choices and access permissions stay unchanged.
Turn On More Tools
Appointments, Online and Events are opt-in. Opening one that is off shows the same centered introduction layout in your selected language, with a button to set it up. Setup first asks what you want to do with the tool and then opens the matching setup; the tool's own menu appears once it is on. Turning a tool on never publishes anything: booking pages and stores stay private until you switch them on in that tool's settings.
The new-business choices—including product sales, appointment booking, team size, country and tool review—follow your selected language on every page. The optional tour, starter tasks, booking setup and Online Store pickup settings do too; turning on a tool does not publish it.
Sales Dashboard
Dashboard summarizes activity for the chosen period and source: totals, average sale, a revenue chart and a payment-method breakdown. The figures below are sample data. The Dashboard guide walks through every panel, the notification bell and approvals.
