Each row shows how many items the category holds at the selected location. Switch location at the top of the page to see another branch's range.

Choose Add Category and give it a short name. By default it appears at every location; turn that off and pick at least one location to list it only there while it is empty. Each product's own locations decide where it is sold, so a category always appears wherever its products are available, at checkout and in the online store.
