Settings
Set up your account, how the workspace looks and notifies you, your public business details, checkout payment methods and receipt printers.
Find a Setting
Open Settings from the sidebar (More → Settings on mobile). Settings are grouped into four places: Account, Preferences, Business and Devices. Select a card to open it; the back arrow returns to the list. Some cards show a live summary, such as how many payment methods are on. Switches that publish a customer page live in Appointments and Online settings instead.
Your Profile
Settings → Profile holds your photo and display name. Upload a photo and crop it; it saves as soon as you confirm, and you can remove it again. Edit the display name and choose Save, or Cancel to go back to the saved name. The sign-in email is shown for reference and cannot be changed here. Your display name is what teammates see in Team.
Change Your Password
Enter your current password, then a new one of at least 8 characters, and repeat it. Problems are explained under the field once you leave it, and the button stays off until everything matches. Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page instead; see Sign In & Account Recovery.
Appearance
Choose a light or dark interface, or follow your device. Pick an accent colour from the ten swatches; it applies to buttons, links and highlights and saves straight away. The accent is your business brand colour, so your online store and booking pages use it too.
Language
Select the checkbox beside a language to use it now; the current one is marked. Use the switch beside each language to decide which ones appear in the quick language switcher. Your current language always stays available, and at least one language must be shown. The dashboard follows the language you pick.
Timezone & Clock Format
Open Settings → Date & time. Workspace owners save these preferences for the whole workspace.
Workspace Timezone
Search for a timezone, check its current UTC offset and choose Save. It applies to appointments, pickup, Events and reporting. Public booking and request pages use the business timezone rather than the visitor’s device timezone.
Tip: Changing the timezone keeps existing scheduled dates and local times, so review upcoming appointments, pickup and reminders before saving. Organized event plans keep their own explicitly selected timezone.
12-hour or 24-hour Clock
Regional default uses a 12-hour clock in the Americas and Ethiopia, and a 24-hour clock in Europe. Choose 12-hour · AM/PM or 24-hour to override it independently of the interface language, check the preview, then Save. This only changes presentation, never stored appointment or event times.
Push Notifications
Turn on push notifications to get real-time alerts about sales and other important updates on this device. Your browser asks for permission the first time. Use Test to send yourself a sample. If the browser blocked notifications, click the lock icon in the address bar, allow them for this site, then come back. Each browser or device subscribes separately. Activity also collects in the notification inbox from the bell, where unread items open the sale, item, customer, appointment or order they are about.
Business Profile
Settings → Business → Business Profile is the public identity customers see on your booking page and online store: logo, name, description, contact details, opening hours and photos. It is one page with a Save row at the bottom. The publish switches are not here; they live with Appointments and Online.
Booking Page Checklist
When you open the profile from booking setup, a checklist at the top shows which required details are done: business name, short description, phone or email, and opening hours. It updates as you type, before you save, and says when everything is filled in and only needs saving. Until all four are saved, the booking page cannot be published.
Details, Contact and Hours
Upload a square logo, then enter your business name and a short description. Country, currency and timezone are shown for reference and come from when you created the workspace. Add a phone number, an email (at least one of the two is needed for the booking page) and a website; a website typed without https:// is completed for you. Set hours opens the opening-hours editor where you pick the open days and the start and end time. Its Apply only fills the form, so the hours are stored when you save the page.
Photos
Add up to 24 photos in JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. The first photo is the cover. Upload several at once, replace or remove any photo, and drag photos into a new order; the first in the list becomes the cover. Photos are optional. The cover and thumbnails stay still on hover; select a photo to preview it.
Save and Continue
Only the business name is needed to save. If something needs fixing, Save jumps to that field and explains what to change, and nothing is sent until it is fixed. Leaving with unsaved changes asks you to confirm first. When you arrived from booking or Events setup, Save and continue returns you to that setup afterwards.
Tip: You can save a partly finished profile at any time and come back; only publishing the booking page waits for the checklist.
Connected Apps & Permissions
In Settings → Business → Integrations, review each authorized app and the data it can access. Revoke access from the app card after confirming. App permissions below the list apply to all connected apps: turn off optional data to block it for existing and future access, then choose Save changes. Identity permissions stay on so apps can identify your business. Appointment, online and Events Telegram alerts are managed in their own Integrations pages, not here.
Checkout Payment Methods
Settings → Business → Payment Methods decides which methods the cashier can choose at checkout. Card and Cash are available everywhere. Canada also offers Interac e-Transfer, Poland offers BLIK, and Ethiopia offers Telebirr under Primary Methods; country-specific methods are hidden elsewhere. Interac starts off: enable it to record transfers after checking your bank, not to initiate a payment. Invoice, Bank Transfer, Gift Card, Check and Other sit under Other Methods, and Other asks for a description when used. Switch a method on or off; the last method left on cannot be turned off, so checkout always has a way to pay. Reset to defaults restores the original selection. These are the in-person methods; prepayment for online orders is set up in Online → Payments.
Payment availability follows the business owner’s locked onboarding country, including for team members. Telebirr and Ethiopian linked banks cannot be configured or used for Polish or Canadian accounts. Saved methods from another region are ignored; resetting uses your own region’s defaults.
Linked Banks
Settings → Business → Banks lets you link the bank accounts customers can pay by transfer. Bank linking is available for businesses registered in Ethiopia; elsewhere the card is greyed out and says so. Pick a bank, then the setup walks through the account holder, account number and branch details the bank needs, an optional QR code you can scan or upload from your banking app, and a review before saving. Linked banks can be edited or unlinked later. Polish bank transfers for online orders are set up in Online → Payments.
Receipt Printers
Settings → Devices → Printers manages receipt printing. Turn on Auto-print receipts to print after every successful sale. Add a printer by scanning your network, or choose Add printer manually and enter a name, its IP address, the port (usually 9100) and the type: ESC/POS for thermal receipt printers or IPP for network printers. Use Test on a printer to check the connection, set one as the default, or remove it. The info button at the top lists tips: keep the printer on the same network, most thermal printers use port 9100, and if network printing fails the browser's print dialog opens instead.
