Reports
See how sales, customers, items, your team and appointments are doing.
Revenue date filters and daily/hourly buckets use the saved workspace timezone, including daylight-saving changes. Changing the clock format changes labels, not totals.
Opening a Report
Pick a report to open it, then set its date range and filters. The arrow beside a report's title returns to this list with your filters kept.
Dates, Source and Location
Every report has its filters at the top. Choose a period (Today, This week, This month, This year) or Custom to pick exact start and end days on the calendar. Reports start on this month, except Transactions, which starts on this week.
Source
Narrow Sales, Items and Customers to all revenue, in-person sales, online orders, appointments or completed events.
Location
Show one location or all of them. See Locations.
Sort
Items and Customers can be ordered by revenue or spending, quantity or visits, or name.
Status and payment
Transactions can be limited to completed or voided sales, and to cash or card.
Filters are kept in the address bar, so they carry over when you go back to the list and open another report, and a filtered report can be bookmarked or shared with a teammate.
Sales Report
The Sales Report answers how much you sold in a period. The top row shows Total sales, number of Transactions, the Average transaction and Units sold, followed by the trend, the payment breakdown and any voided payments.
Sales Trend
The chart plots sales for each day in the range; days without sales show as zero so gaps are visible. Choose a single day (for example Today) and it switches to a 24-hour view, so you can see your busiest hours.
Hover or tap the trend to inspect a value without outlining the whole chart. With a keyboard, Tab focuses the chart with a visible outline, and the left and right arrow keys move between values.
Payment Methods Breakdown
The Sales Report shows how customers paid: each method's total, share of sales and number of transactions.
Voided Payments
Voided sales are listed at the bottom of the Sales Report with the total voided, how many there were, and each one's customer, time, reason and amount. Select one to open its record; see Sales History.
Items Report
Ranks your best sellers: each row shows the rank, photo, name, quantity sold and revenue. Sort by revenue, quantity or name, and select a row to open the item. Only the top 50 are listed.
Customers Report
Ranks customers by spending, visits or name, with their email (or visit count if there is none). Select a row to open the customer. Sales not linked to a customer appear as guests and are not clickable.
Team Sales Report
Ranks team members by sales over the period, with a bar showing each one against the top seller and their number of transactions. Filter by date and location. Select a row to open the member in Team.
Transactions Report
A running list of sales for the period. Each row shows the transaction number, customer, time, status, payment method and total; voided sales show their reason and a struck-through amount. Select a row to open the transaction.
Tip: Use this report to audit a period; to look up or void a single sale, use Sales History in Transactions.
Events Report
Owners can open Events → Reports or choose Events from this hub. The date filter is kept in the URL. Revenue, average value, daily trend, event types, quote lines and the latest 50 completed events use the completion date and accepted quote. Quote lines include custom charges; the general Items report includes only catalog-linked lines. Select a completed event to open its request.
The request and guest counts and status breakdown use the requested event date instead. New, quoted, accepted, cancelled, declined and archived requests do not become revenue simply because their date has passed. Archiving an already completed event keeps its revenue. Events are unassigned to workspace locations, so location filters do not restrict them. Completion is not proof of payment; Events in the payment breakdown is a source total, not a payment method.
See completing an event for the owner confirmation step. Organized plans are not sales and are excluded.
Appointment Breakdowns
The appointment report breaks bookings down by status, service, team member and location, with how many were completed. Select a team member or location to see its own report.
For booking and schedule workflows, see the Appointments guide.
