Chapter 1
Food rooted in tradition
Uncle's Kitchen cooks Southern African traditional food with a Warsaw address. The plates show the range: chicken, sausages and ribs grilled over charcoal, fried fish with a lemon wedge, soft white maize porridge and dark leafy greens, and rich braised meat with roast potatoes. For celebrations, buffet tables bring sliders, skewers, samosas and spring rolls, kept warm and generous.
Chapter 2
Opening orders and event requests
The kitchen joined pointup on September 25, 2026, bringing its set menus, online orders and event requests into one place. Customers can order a menu from the online shop or ask for a catering quote through the event page, choosing the occasion, date and number of guests. The team sees every order and request at a glance and replies from the same system.
Chapter 3
Early growth since joining
The online shop took its first orders the day after joining, and they were completed. In early October, new customers began sending catering requests through the event page. Birthdays are the most requested occasion so far, followed by weddings, and the kitchen quotes each request from pointup.
Chapter 4
Requests reaching into 2027
Event requests already reach into 2027, including a wedding planned for April 2027. A 50% deposit reserves the date, and an out-of-Warsaw package covers celebrations elsewhere in Poland, so anyone planning ahead can request a quote today.
